QPR U23 keeper Martin Herdman joins the Swans…

Martin HERDMAN – goalkeeper has Signed on a loan deal from Queens Park Rangers after an injury to Gabe Rosario following a collision with Marc Charles-Smith at Wingate & Finchley.

Martin is 6’2″ tall and has been at QPR since joining their Under 11s.  A regular in their U23 squad, he extended his contract at Loftus Road until summer 2018.  Martin had spell on loan at Southern League Hanwell Town late in the 2014/15 season, gaining a Middlesex Senior Cup finalist’s medal against a Harrow side including Josh Webb, Lewis Driver, and Marc Charles-Smith, who scored the last-gasp winning penalty.  Had a second, extended loan at Hanwell the following season, and also played as a youngster for Brentford-based Spartans FC.
