Good early spell for Staines – shot by Olawole just wide, Miller hit post, Baptiste forced a good save. 23 mins in Sam Woolford makes a fingertip save from Charlie Sumpter but from the resulting corner Sumpter scored for CB Hounslow. 36 min An Elliot Baptiste equaliser, received from Olawole in space and squeezed his shot just inside the post. 40 min Piorkowski put Baptiste through but his shot was finger tipped into the post by Dulai, with Torbett putting the rebound just wide. Piorkowski heads Staines ahead on 59 mins from a Torbett cross.

Baddock replaced Baptiste on the hour. 77 min Sumpter scores his second, slotting in the bottom corner in the box – 2-2. 82 mins; Staines back in front thanks to a clinical finish by Olawole – 3-2. Dominic Mills pounces to make it 4-2 from the rebound of an 85th min Olawole shot. Mills pounces again to make it 5-2 from the rebound of an 89th min Olawole shot. Then Piorkowski fires a 6th in stoppage time. Staines score 6 past CB Hounslow & are through to the Quarter-finals of the Jeff Ritson Middlesex Cup.

2nd defeat in the league for the boys against a very good Sutton United side, not too much to report on.

Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College 5-4 Staines Town U19 Development – ECFA

First defeat for the boys this season in the ECFA but we’ll pick our heads up and go again.
