Swans v VCD Athletic…

Jack Turner … fought bravely on Saturday in the 2-0 loss at Tonbridge Angels. New manager, Johnson Hippolyte brought in 4 new faces, 3 of which played in front of Jack. Despite the new faces, and the pace and threat of the Angels attack, the Swans favourite made some incredible saves and stood firm throughout. It was a much improved first half for the new boss but a lack of energy and power in the second saw another defeat, albeit at the hands of title chasers. It will be a new start, with possibly 6 new faces, at Wheatsheaf Park for the visit of VCD Athletic. No encounter now is an easy encounter now and VCD come much improved despite the defeat at Merstham on Saturday.
The Swans welcome you all to come along and get behind the boys as we look to return to winning ways … KO 7.45pm at Wheatsheaf Park.
